What made you want to buy the property?
It's perfect for our family. Great location for schools, handy parking and easy to get around. The extension gave us good proportioned additional space and we liked that we had separate bathrooms.
What do you love most about your property?
Aside from how it fits our family life, we love the open style downstairs area. It gives us a great family space but also a separate office and lounge. We also like that we are not overlooked from the front or back, so we do not need to permanently close the curtains and blinds. We also have space for multiple cars to park on the drive. The bedrooms also have a flexible configuration.
Why are you selling?
We have lived here for close to 10 years. It's time for us to change and move to a home with further potential to extend or renovate
What do you love about the area?
The convenience to get around and the friends that as a family we have made in the area. The close proximity of great schools and the high street as well as being in-between both New Eltham and Sidcup station. The new super loop buses also make us very well connected. We have great parks close by for the children and the rugby & tennis club is within walking distance.
